Now that we have a basic understanding of the importance of social media and how to use it effectively, let's talk about developing a social media goal.

• Having a social media goal gives you something specific to strive for and work towards.

• No goal is too big or small, it all depends on what you and your organization want to accomplish

The best part is that we've already done most of the legwork for you! All you need to do to get started on your social media goal is to complete Section 1 of the template.

Remember, this goal can be revised at anytime and we will be adding to it in a later lesson, so no pressure!
